A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a tool we use to organize, track, and manage communications with our customers. It helps us remember your preferences, service history, and vehicle details so we can provide better, more personalized service.
When you contact us, we may store: your full name and contact information, vehicle details (year, make, model), service inquiries and quotes, service history and completed work, appointment dates and follow-up notes, communication history, and photos of your vehicle for quoting purposes.
We store customer data to: respond to your quote requests, schedule and manage appointments, maintain accurate service records for warranty, send appointment reminders and follow-ups, improve our customer service, and inform you about relevant services if you opt in.
Only authorized QD Auto Image staff members have access to our CRM system. Access is restricted based on job responsibilities. We do not sell, rent, or share your CRM data with third parties for marketing. Our CRM platform provider is contractually obligated to maintain data security.
We retain customer data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing at any time.
